Utility Application can be downloaded at the bottom of the page. There is a $135 deposit for new accounts before water is turned on. 

Water: 

Minimum: $32.00 (without water usage minimum still applies)

Minimum of $32.00 for first 1,000 gallons, then additional $5.50 per 1,000 gallons

Minimum: $30.00 for residential

Minimum: $38.00 for commercial
